Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker

A wedding gift from my husband to himself was a new coffee maker.  I’m not sure how we finally decided on the Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker, especially since I do have experience working in a local coffee shop for a short stint.  (You’d think my coffee snobbiness would not allow such indolent coffee preparation, but lazy trumps snobbery in my book).

So what’s so hot about this coffee maker? Besides hot coffee?

Well for starters, if you and your spouse don’t share the same pallet when it comes to choices in coffee, well then this just might be your cup of tea… I mean coffee. Actually I mean coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot totties…whatever strikes your fancy. The Keurig does it all.

When you’re in a hurry you can pop open the lid, drop in a k-cup pre-filled with coffee, hit the brew button and in seconds you’ll have your own mug of piping hot whatever.

There is a great variety of flavors available in the pre-filled cups or you can use your own grounds.  (Kind of defeats the purpose if you ask me, but hey… sometimes I get the urge to grind my own fancy beans and live the high life.)

So whether it’s just you and your honey in the morning or you are having guests over for crumpets and coffee (or is it tea?), you don’t have to worry about how much to brew or what type to brew.  If you’re in the mood for Chai Tea and your coffee companion is in the mood for a strong cup of Joe, there’s no need to compromise. Now aint that grand?

There are several models of the Keurig… so many I’m glad I’ve already picked one!
